Meet Nadine

STARS LITERACY INSTRUCTOR

Hello! My name is Nadine,

I believe that every student has unique strengths and potential, and I aim to help them discover that potential through positivity and support.

My love for education began with the amazing teachers who inspired and encouraged me when I was young. Growing up, their impact helped bring me out of my shell and sparked a deep passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

I am currently an undergraduate student in the Bachelor of Education program at Mount Royal University. My university experience has deepened not only my understanding of how children learn to read and write but also my belief in the power of strong literacy instruction.

The more I have learned, the more passionate I have become about helping children grow into confident readers. I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to be part of students’ literacy journeys!

As an educator, I am committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued, supported and comfortable to be themselves. For every child I interact with, my goal is to make sure each one feels safe to take risks, ask questions and grow at their own pace.
